Cluster News
The Canterbury Racing Cluster comprises a number of Racing Clubs in the northern half of the South Island which have entered into a joint venture agreement to manage and promote thoroughbred racing in the region.
The current Board under the chair of Jill Bennington comprises Alistair Deans, Tony Cook, Tom Rooney, Lyle Green, Anthony Gray, Kevin Brosnahan, Gordon Fulton, Ossie Hickman, Mitchell MacDonald, and Jeff McCall.
Tim Mills of Canterbury Racing is the Co-ordinator while representatives of local breeders, owners and trainers associations also attend meetings.
